An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Head of HR to join our team at our head office in Warrington. The salary offered is £43,118 per annum working 39 hours per week.
You will play a key role providing a high quality customer focused HR service through expert advice and guidance across the full breadth of HR including ER, recruitment, TUPE, change management, learning and development, talent, reward and OD. You will provide leadership and management to all staff within the HR and payroll teams and fully embed the HRBP model.
Our Head of HR will be assisting the Executive Director of HR with the development and successful implementation of strategies that enable our workforce to respond to the changing needs of our services. You will also be supporting the creation of a culture of high performance which drives engagement and encourages learning where employees feel supported and their skills nurtured and enhanced.
You will work closely with the senior team to drive continuous improvement across the organisation and take the lead on delivering organisation wide HR initiatives.
The position requires the successful candidate to be CIPD qualified and be committed to working towards MCIPD with significant experience of advising Line Managers and taking a strategic approach to leading.
