Allied Financial Services – Walking for the young, old, and furry!

We are delighted to share that Allied Financial Services are taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on Friday 8 September to raise money for Making Space and 2 other charities across Yorkshire and the North West.

4 members of Allied Financial Services are taking on the challenge to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, as a team, within just 12 hours! They are taking on this challenge to raise money for:

  • Making Space
  • Candle Lighters
  • Yorkshire Rose Dog Rescue

Allied Financial Services provide individuals and businesses with financial advice on pension planning, investments, savings, tax planning, employee and employer benefits, equity release, long-term care, protection benefits and more.

Taking on this challenge we have MD, Nick Wylie, from Stoke-On-Trent, Keith Jackson, Financial Planner from Crosshills, Sophia Harris, Financial Planner from Leeds, and Janet McSorley, who looks after support and accounts and is from Wigan.

In preparation for the challenge, Nick has been taking part in 10km races with his running club and walking in Snowdonia, Keith is using a gym program based on the 3 peaks walk and tackling a peak on the weekend, Sophia walking 10-15km every weekend with her dog and attending the gym on a daily basis, and Janet has already completed all the peaks, with repeats planned!

Sponsor the team…

We’re so pleased the team picked us as one of their chosen charities and are so excited they are fundraising for us! If you would like to sponsor the team you can do so on their Go fund me page.

Good luck!
