Stress Awareness Week 2018

This week marks the start of Stress Awareness Month 2018. The aim of the month is to increase public awareness about stress, highlight some of the causes of stress and look at the effects it can have on you both physically and mentally. 

Most people will experience stress at some point in their life so it’s important to be conscious of how we deal with stress in our lives, not just this month but every day. In partnership with the people we support we will be looking at how we can respond to stress and keep it in check. Throughout the month we will be sharing different articles, stories and tips and tricks on our social media channels.
