Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Service - Wigan/St Helens

Our Domiciliary and Supported Living Service provides personalised care and support to help maintain and improve quality of life and help individuals to continue living independently in their own home.

The service is available to adults with care and support needs living in Wigan and St Helens, including those with a mental health diagnosis, learning or physical disability, dementia or age-related needs.

Our services include:

  • Personal care

  • Assistance with bathing/showering

  • Assistance with meal preparation

  • Household chores and daily living tasks, such as shopping and cleaning

  • Supervision and assistance with medication

  • Creating opportunities for you to meet new people

  • Supporting you to play an active part in your local community

  • Help you to continue enjoying your hobbies
