Neda joined the Board in September 2019.
After leaving her role as CEO in her family run business in 2004, Neda was looking for a new challenge to make a real contribution to public services. She joined Hammersmith and Fulham PCT as a Public Health Programme Manager.
In 2008, she moved into several roles within NHS London, National Transformation Team, reporting to NHS London’s Transformation Chief Executive, including Change Programme Director, Director for Leadership and Development, and Programme Director, where set up a cross boundary medical consultants’ forum to streamline patient pathways using national gold standards, a first across 3 financially challenged hospitals in the region. During her role, she also identified supply as a key issue and developed a competency skills test and scorecard which became part of the offer to potential new talent who included senior project managers to top NHS CEOs.
She moved to a Senior Fellow, Project Director and Lead for London role at Healthy Places, Healthy Lives, NHS Institute/PWC/Local Government JV in 2010.
Neda has been working independently since 2011, projects undertaken include being a trainer and strategic fundraising volunteer at Samaritans, providing strategic and hands-on support in reviewing and revising policies and procedures at Clarenson School in her role as co-vice chair, and coaching Executive Directors and Clinical Directors for personal impact and career development.
