Our people

In partnership with our Board of Trustees, our CEO and Senior Leadership Team ensures we deliver our strategic aims, and that our culture and values are embedded throughout the organisation.

The board of trustees’ main role is to oversee our performance management and objectives. It delegates the day-to-day responsibility for actioning our strategic aims to our chief executive and executive management team, and then monitors our performance on an ongoing basis.
All trustees are Making Space members. The board, just like our membership, represent a range of different backgrounds and professions including carers, health and social care sector professionals, and those who have experience of business, finance, law, education and HR.

They also share a mutual desire to make a hands-on contribution to the success of Making Space, and the quality of care and support we provide to the people who use our services.

Our Associate Directors work collaboratively to effectively support the organisation's continuous development and growth.

Our Regional Head of Operations and Community Services Manager have overall responsibility for all areas of operational and quality management across their regions and also for growth and development within their patch.
