Our ambitious goals can only be achieved through strong partnerships, as we believe that better collaboration leads to better services and creates more inclusive communities.
Our work covers several areas, including developing and delivering innovative accommodation, testing new care models, research, and influencing national policy. By working together, we aim to make services more connected, improve recovery, and help people gain more independence.
We invite organisations to partner with us in delivering services, sharing resources, and expertise. Together, we can strengthen social care and bring services closer to those in need. We work with NHS Trusts, local authorities, and housing providers to ensure our services are up-to-date, focused on people’s needs, and financially sustainable.
Commission us
We offer commissioners tailored solutions to tackle local challenges, such as creating new housing options and easing pressure on public services. By focusing on prevention, early support, and step-up/step-down care, we help improve well-being and independence. Our services offer good value for money, using evidence-based approaches and making the best use of limited resources.
Deliver housing with us
We work with developers and housing providers to create quality accommodation for people with care needs. As a national supported housing provider, we partner with others through Service Level Agreements and Housing Management Agreements to provide long-term, sustainable housing.
