Tim Quinlan

Tim joined our Board of Trustees in March 2023.

Tim has spent the past 17 years working in customer insight and analytics roles across the automotive, construction, retail, sportswear and social housing sectors.

During his career, Tim’s primary focus has always been listening to customer’s and tenant’s feedback to ensure they are heard and to support the organisations he has worked for improve the products and services they offer.

Tim currently holds the role of Head of Data Products at Riverside Housing Group. He oversees the business information, customer satisfaction and data analysis teams.

His key priorities in this role include leading the insight strategy for the organisation, key project insight research, analysis and reporting across the business and ensuring the business is truly customer focussed with effort maximised on the things that really matter to customers.

Most recently, Tim has led Riverside’s response to the regulator of social housing regarding The Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper. He is also a Veterans Champion and acts as a point of contact for colleagues and contributes towards Riverside’s veteran’s strategy.

Tim is passionate about putting insight and data at the heart of the organisations he works with and joins the Board of Trustees to help continue to put the voice of the people we support and their families at the heart of everything Making Space do.

In his spare time Tim enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and is a big Leeds United fan.
