Pension plan

As a Making Space employee we offer you the option to join our company pension scheme if you wish. You are eligible to join the scheme as soon as you start your employment with us, irrespective of your age, allowing you to help save for your future. Minimum employee contributions are 5% of your pensionable gross pay, however you are able to pay in more than this. We will contribute 3% of your pensionable gross pay.

Reward hub

Our fantastic reward hub, in association with Love2Shop, is a portal where all Making Space employees can access retail, cinema and eating out discounts. You can also recognise the great work of your colleagues in a number of different ways.

Childcare vouchers

This is a salary sacrifice scheme where you purchase childcare vouchers through your monthly salary and receive tax benefits. Flexible working arrangements Depending on the role you fill at Making Space you will be able to work flexible via a rota system or within office based.

Buy and sell annual leave

At Making Space we offer you the option of selling back to us some annual leave days per year or purchasing more (up to 2 weeks per year).

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

We understand there are times when we all need some extra support to balance the demands of everyday life, both at work and at home. To help support you, we offer our employees a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme. Our EAP is paid for by us as a support services for our employees, so it’s completely free for you and your immediate family to use. You can access the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by phone, email or online. The service is designed to help you with a wide range of work, family and personal topics and they provide professional consultations, information, resources and referrals to services in your local area.
