Learning and development
We are dedicated to our employee’s learning and development and professional training is one of the main focuses of our organisation.
When you join the Making Space team we will help you to develop the skills and knowledge to progress and drive forward your career. You will have access to our extensive learning and development programme that includes a wide range of bespoke and accredited courses.
Our learning and development programme includes a blend of different learning methods and courses, including:
- Workshops
- E-learning
- Competency-based learning such as Diplomas and NVQs
- Professional development courses
You will have the opportunity to consult with your manager and identify any courses that you feel are important to your role or will help with your personal development.
We also encourage our employees to consider alternative methods of learning, such as on-the-job coaching, mentoring, team briefings, action learning sets and peer-to-peer coaching.
