We are keen to work with developers and housing providers to establish new accommodation services to help ensure that the people we support can enjoy a standard of housing that anyone would be happy to live in.
Making Space are a national provider of supported accommodation services, ranging from low level visiting support services, through to 24/7 intensively supported living services.
We currently provide support in over 700 units of accommodation and work in partnership with over 20 RSL’s and Housing Associations, as well as directly owning properties which are leased to housing partners. We can do this through a range of agreements including Service Level Agreements and Housing Management Agreements.
We can undertake housing management functions on your behalf, as well as support individuals to manage their tenancies through excellent housing related support. We work with a number of different housing associations and RSLs, including:
