We're making it easier for people living with dementia to stay active and take part in leisure and community activities.
Living with dementia can sometimes make it hard to stay active and carry on with life’s simple everyday pleasures. This can often lead to a feeling of not being part of normal social life.
Would you like to join in with local and community activities? Get involved with activities that match interests, hobbies and goals?
We can help you do this, as well as receive practical help and advice for carers from dementia specialists and the added reassurance of peer and carer support groups.
