On Friday, 14 March 2025, Making Space proudly celebrated the achievements of our dedicated colleagues at two prestigious national award ceremonies – the Great British Care Awards (GBCA) national finals and the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards.
Both events, held in Birmingham, recognised excellence and innovation in social care, honouring those who go above and beyond to support individuals and communities with care and compassion. We were delighted to see Daryhl Lewis named Care Newcomer of the Year at the GBCA and Rosemary Stephen win the Compassion Award at the Markel Awards - two incredible achievements that reflect their dedication, passion, and the life-changing impact of their work.
