We are proud to be working with New Leaf
Making Space are proud to be one of over 25 different partners helping to get over 2800 people from across Cheshire into or closer to employment over the next 3 years.
People looking to gain meaningful employment will be partnered with a New Leaf mentor whose role it is to help get the support needed to get people where they need to be.
New Leaf mental health support
Sometimes, our own mental health can be a barrier to employment, other times, actually being unemployed can cause us problems with our mental health.
That's where we step in.
Our cCBT service (computerised cognitive behavioural therapy) combines online psychological therapy with weekly support from our dedicated and trained psychological wellbeing support workers. The sessions aim to teach you strategies that could help you to improve your mental wellbeing.

Who are New Leaf?
New Leaf brings together partners as well as employers from across Warrington and Cheshire to change lives, create opportunities and make a positive contribution to local communities and the regional economy.
New Leaf is looking to get over 2,800 people from across Cheshire into or closer to employment over the next three years.
The project has been allocated £10.6 million of funding from the Building Better Opportunities programme, a key part of the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership’s (LEP) European Funding Programme. The New Leaf Project is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, which look to provide investment in local projects that increase economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regeneration.
