Making Space staff take on grueling Yorkshire Three Peaks
A team of intrepid Making Space staff will be hiking the Yorkshire Three Peaks on the 19 September.
The mountains of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent offer a daunting challenge totalling 24 miles and only up to 12 hours to complete the circuit.
Team member, Francis Jones, has his own inspirational reason for taking on the challenge: "I've chosen to do this challenge for my Mum, who unfortunately passed away in September 2020. This made me realise life is short and I want to take on as many challenges as possible"
"Making Space is an amazing charity doing great things for people suffering with mental health issues. Any funds or awareness raised will help massively with the exceptional care provided. I'm nervous but excited at the same time as I've never done something like this before"
