Rapid mental health support available to housing association tenants
We’re pleased to be working in partnership with Torus Foundation to deliver mental health and wellbeing support for Torus Housing Association tenants across Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.
Now, more than ever, it’s vital for people to have earlier access to support that will help them to improve and promote their mental health and wellbeing, MindSpace will help tenants to do just that.
The experienced team will support tenants to develop the tools, confidence and resilience needed to overcome a range of mental health problems such as sleep, stress, building self-esteem and mindfulness.
MindSpace will provide tenants with evidence-based computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with wrap around support for signposting and onward referrals to wider mental health and other services where needed.
Tenants will also be offered regular 1:1 sessions with a dedicated worker, who will guide them through the CBT programme, tailoring the sessions according to their individual needs and jointly agreed goals. The sessions also provide motivation feedback and reassurance.
Rachel Peacock, Making Space CEO said: “We are looking forward to working in partnership with Torus Foundation to deliver our exciting new project.

“MindSpace provides rapid access to mental health and wellbeing support to Torus tenants, enabling them to improve their mental health, and ultimately achieve their full potential.”
