Take a virtual trip inside the Academy

The Academy is our latest supported living service in the heart of Warrington town centre.

It was originally built in 1756 and was a teaching establishment until 1782. Today the Academy contains 22 supported living apartments for rent, available to people with assessed care needs who want to live independently.

In addition to the main building, the Academy also has a separate wing, in connection with Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. These 6 fully furnished apartments are available for people to stay for a short period of time after being discharged from hospital.

Recently our CEO, Rachel Peacock, and the Marketing team visited the Academy to speak to some of the people we support about their lives, what it's like to live there and how the Academy is helping them to find their independence. You can see our full film below. We hope you like it.
