Contact Bright StreetAbout Bright Street
Our Bright Street development includes ten individual, purpose-built bungalows perfect for single adults or couples. Tenants must have a support package for a minimum of 8 hours per week and require ongoing support in order to be eligible for a tenancy.
We offer flexible levels of support tailored to our residents – anything from a daily wellbeing check, to care and support a few hours per week or several hours per day. We support people with personal care, medication, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills and dealing with correspondence.
Our on-site 24/7 support team can be contacted via the intercom system included in each apartment any time of the day or night. Tenants also receive regular visits from their Housing Officer to support in maintaining the tenancy, and who also provide support with the tenancy sign-up process and housing benefit applications process.
