Personalised care and support

With our tailored and flexible care and support, and the reassurance of a 24/7 on-site support team, can be contacted via the warden call hub in each apartment at any time of the day or night.

The Academy offers a very safe city-centre style living experience, with access to the building controlled via a secure fob entry system and CCTV.

Tenants enjoy their own self-contained 1 bedroom flat, with various layouts available over 4 floors, including: 5 ground floor flats for those requiring level access and 2 duplex apartments.

I love my new home and I am keeping it very clean. I'm enjoying doing some cooking with support from the staff and have already made spaghetti bolognese and tacos.

Craig, Resident

All apartments offer stylish, open plan kitchen/dining and living space, with a washing machine, fridge provided, along with a separate bedroom and modern bathroom.

Our welcoming community spaces on the ground floor offer tenants the chance to socialise and enjoy activities. Tenants are encouraged to access a range of services and support available within the local community.

Each of the apartments is individually designed. The Academy provides safe accommodation right at the heart of Warrington for people who have support needs. Your aim, in most cases, is to help people to build upon their independent living skills and eventually to move on to their own accommodation.
