Castlewood Court is the perfect home for adults with assessed care needs who are looking to live independently in this stylish, purpose built accommodation.

We can offer flexible levels of support tailored to you – anything from a daily wellbeing check, to care and support a few hours per week or several hours per day. We can support you with personal care, medication, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills and dealing with correspondence.
The accommodation comprises 18 flats over four floors, with three ground floor flats and lift facilities throughout, giving various options for those who require level access and who have mobility needs.
All apartments offer stylish, open plan kitchen/dining and living space, with a washing machine, fridge provided, along with a separate bedroom and modern bathroom.
Our welcoming community spaces on the ground floor offer tenants the chance to socialise and enjoy activities. Tenants are encouraged to access a range of services and support available within the local community.

How to access the service
Applications for tenancies are open to people aged 18 and over, with a range of needs including those living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and long-term health conditions.
Prospective tenants must have a support package in place and require on-going support to live independently to be eligible for a tenancy at Castlewood Court.
Of the 18 supported living apartments, 13 of them are commissioned through Stockport Council, 3 apartments provide mental health crisis support on a temporary bases through our Recovery Point service and two apartments are NHS Step down temporary accommodation.
