Making Space working in partnership with Kirklees Council are pleased to offer supported living accommodation for five young people aged 18 to 25.
The service is spread over two properties that offer en-suite bedrooms along with modern and welcoming communal facilities giving you the chance to socialise with your neighbours.

The service has fantastic links to local amenities and public transport links, and all that Holmfirth has to offer will be right on your doorstep. Housing management is provided by Making Space.
Our support team will encourages you to develop your independent living skills, within a strengths-based model of support, and empower you to achieve your full potential, including improving mental health and wellbeing, daily living skills, financial inclusion and access to work, education, training and volunteering.

How to access the service
All referrals must be directed to the Housing Liaison team in the first instance, who will undertake screening and work with referring professionals to complete more detailed referral information.
