Our mental health services provide person-centred support for people living with a range of mental health conditions, whether mild to moderate, complex, challenging or long-term.
We support individuals who have mild to moderate stress, anxiety or depression through a computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) program.

Our computerised CBT (cCBT) service, which combines online psychological therapy with weekly support from our dedicated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, could teach you strategies to help you cope better with everyday life.
Your journey with us will start with an initial person-centred assessment from one of our trained Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to find out a little more about you and how you have been feeling lately and what the best treatment might be to help you. This will last approximately 45 mins.
Our service works with a CBT approach- through helping you identify the link between your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, we hope to help you to develop coping strategies which will help you throughout your life.
We can work with a variety of mental health problems including depression, generalised anxiety, work stress, self-esteem, sleep, panic and phobias using a proactive and here-and-now based protocol.
Following this, if cCBT is the best route for you, your weekly sessions include access to our dedicated platform to learn new techniques, to encourage you to put these into practice in daily life and weekly support with our trained Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, which can be either face-to-face, telephone or online. At the end of your sessions, you will complete a relapse prevention plan to help you keep moving forwards and making progress.
Please note, not all GP surgeries offer this service, but we are also able to take self-referrals and offer telephone based therapy. To find out which surgeries we deliver from, or to refer yourself, please contact us on the above contact details and we will send you a referral form (NB unless we can attach a referral form directly to the site).
If you are unsure whether the service is right for you, we are able to offer full mental health assessments and refer you on to other relevant organisations.
