Our mental health services provide person-centred support for people living with a range of mental health conditions, whether mild to moderate, complex, challenging or long-term.
We support individuals who have mild to moderate stress, anxiety or depression through a computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) program.

Our computerised CBT is taught through a programme called ‘Beating the Blues’ which consists of 8 weekly sessions.
Through helping you identify the link between your thoughts and your feelings, we hope to help you to develop strategies which will help you throughout your life.
Your weekly sessions include homework and a 1-to-1 with our trained cCBT coordinators. You will also receive an action plan at the end of the programme which will help you to make sure you keep using these techniques.
