If you, or your mentor, think support with your mental health might be beneficial to help you to change your life, then you may be referred to our service for additional support, alongside your New Leaf mentor.
We combine online psychological therapy with weekly support from our dedicated and trained psychological wellbeing support workers. The sessions aim to teach you strategies that could help you to improve your mental wellbeing.
New Leaf brings together partners from across Warrington and Cheshire to change lives, create opportunities and make a positive contribution to local communities and the regional economy.
New Leaf programme will be looking to support over 2,800 people from across Cheshire, enabling them to move closer to employment over three years until September 2019. The project has been allocated £10.6 million of funding through the Building Better Opportunities programme and is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, which provides investment in local projects that increase economic development by investing in projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regeneration. Find out more about the fund here.
