What will you be doing?

Giving feedback on leaflets, publications and policies

Help with recruiting employees and volunteers by meeting and greeting people, being part of an interview panel, writing interview questions or observing and giving feedback

Be part of Making Change Group meetings

Work with other volunteers and staff with ad hoc projects – for example service audits, digital technology and developing bids for contracts
What skills and experience will you need?

No qualifications are necessary but experience of being supported by Making Space is useful for this opportunity.

To be comfortable giving feedback and communicate in a way that works for you.
