Our extra care housing is available to adults living in Darlington who do not need or want to move into long-term care, but require care and support from a trained care team.
We have 4 extra care housing schemes in Darlington that offer self-contained flats to rent. Our trained staff provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to allow you to continue living independently in your own home, within our extra care schemes.
We provide a range of different services within our extra care schemes including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, supervision and assistance with medication as well support to attend social events in your scheme.
Our staff are on hand to provide 24-hour emergency assistance should you need them.
Our 4 schemes in Darlington are Dalkeith House, Mayflower Court, Oban Court and Rosemary Court.
