How to find us

Directions from M56 and M6 South

  1. Exit Junction 9 M56 or Junction 20 M6, onto A50 following signs for Warrington Town Centre.
  2. Keep on the A50 through Grappenhall and over the Manchester Ship Canal.
  3. At the large roundabout, Bridgefoot take the second exit sign posted A57 Liverpool.
  4. Follow the road round you will pass Bank Quay station on your left
  5. At the next set of traffic lights go straight over onto Crosfield Street
  6. At the next set of lights go straight across and under the railway bridge; you are now on Froghall Lane.
  7. At the next lights turn right into Bewsey Street, follow the road round the bend and you will see the Information Centre in front of you opposite Warrington Day Centre.

Directions from M62 and M6 North

  1. Exit junction 22 from the M6 and Junction 9 of the M62 onto the A49.
  2. Continue on the A49 into Warrington Town Centre you will go over 2 roundabouts.
  3. Pass McDonalds on your right and go straight ahead at the traffic lights.
  4. At the next set of lights, with Tesco on your right, go straight on and move into the right hand lane.
  5. You will see a Jaguar garage on the right at the next set of lights – turn right here.
  6. At the mini roundabout take the first exit and at the traffic lights turn right into Tanners Lane.
  7. At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Bewsey Street and follow the bend round - the Making Space car park is the 2nd turning on your left.

By Train

Making Space is a short distance from Warrington Bank Quay Station and Warrington Central Station.

Alternative Car Parking

Parking is available on site and there is a car park situated on Tanners Lane/Winwick Street, a short walk from Making Space. For sat-navs, please use the postcode WA2 7NA for directions to Tanners Lane.

To get to Making Space, exit the car park using the entrance on Tanners Lane and turn left. Continue along Tanners Lane until you reach the traffic lights. Take a left at the traffic lights for Allen Street. Follow the road around and you will see the Making Space sign.
