Learning disabilities
We can support you to achieve your goals, have greater control over your lifestyle and enjoy a healthy and inclusive life.
We use interactive and activity-based learning to support individuals to learn independent living skills, participate in activities that they enjoy and play an active part in their local community.
We pride ourselves on providing a safe and stimulating environment for the people we support. Our support workers are highly qualified and are dedicated to making a positive and long-term impact upon the people in their care.
As well as supporting individuals with learning disabilities, we are focused on giving family carers confidence in our quality of service and the assurance that their loved one will have a positive experience while in our care.
We currently have 2 learning disability respite services; Cedar House and Swallow Lodge, both based in Lincolnshire. Each service provides short-term residential respite care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, who are living with family carers. As part of these 2 services, we also provide day respite and outreach support in the family home.
We have over 80 supported housing services across the country including extra care, shared housing, and supported accommodation and living projects. We offer support ranging from low-level to intensive, 24/7 support, as well as short term, long term and temporary accommodation in an emergency.
