We are pleased to provide care and support for people living at Hartley Place, a purpose built extra care housing scheme providing independent living for people over the age of 55.
Our team will be on site at the service to offer residents flexible levels of support tailored to you – anything from a daily wellbeing check, to care and support a few hours per week or several hours per day.
We can support you with personal care, medication, daily living skills, social inclusion, paying bills and dealing with correspondence.
Living in Extra Care ensures you can retain your independence with the reassurance of a qualified team of professionals around you to provide you with care and support when needed.
We have extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, long-term health conditions and physical disabilities.
Extra Care housing promotes independent living and provides older residents with their own self-contained home in a communal development, where 24 hour support services and flexible care packages are available.
Hartley Place offers 75 one and two bedroom rented apartments each with a level-access wet room, lounge and kitchen. All apartments are fitted with a safety alarm system for peace of mind and added security.
In addition to the self-contained flats/bungalows, residents benefit from the communal facilities including a bistro, hairdressers and lounge area as well as a full programme of activities and events. There is also a garden space which will encourage residents to get involved in planting and gardening.
