What do I think of Making Space?
Each year we host an experience survey for the people we support. Our aim is to gain an understanding of how well our level of care and support is meeting their needs.
The feedback of the people who use our services is so important, it enables us to continue improving and developing our services and ensures we are all working towards achieving our vision and mission.
This year our survey is titled ‘What do I think of Making Space?’. Each year we encourage as many people as possible to take part in our experience survey, you can complete the survey online by clicking here.
Please note, this survey should only be completed by the people we support - employees and volunteers should not take part. All responses to the survey are anonymous and it can be completed individually or as part of a group.

We produced a summary document that shows key statistics of our 2019/20 experience survey that also includes; a selection of responses for each question, where fixed options were offered, and popular words mentioned within open responses.
