Are the thrill seekers amongst you looking for a challenge in 2023?
Thanks to challenge events company, Skyline, we are now able to offer our supporters the chance to undertake a sponsored Skydive for FREE!
This is how it works:
When you complete a skydive, you often have to pay for it out of your own pocket alongside raising money through sponsorship. Now, due to our collaboration with Skyline Events, you're able to raise the cost of the skydive as part of your fundraising, so it's not costing you a penny!
Each supporter who raises a minimum of £395 in sponsorship will skydive for FREE in most airfields.
Also remember that you will be with a trained instructor when completing your jump, so you can concentrate on enjoying those beautiful views!
The £395 will cover the costs of:
- £70 registration
- £215 jump costs
- £110 minimum for Making Space
Remember, the money you raise can go to a particular Making Space service of your choice or support the wide range of activities and new projects that Making Space provides. Making Space supports people with dementia, mental health conditions, carers and older people and you can help to support them too.
Fundraising Manager, Bob Towers said, ‘taking on a challenge, like a skydive, is a great way to help Making Space and do something amazing. We know that money is tight for many of us at the moment so, to give people the chance to skydive for free is really important’.

What if I don’t raise enough money?
Please make sure you are confident that you can at least cover the costs of the jump (£285), then anything above this will go to Making Space.
Do I need to pay the £70 registration fee?
Yes, please pay the initial £70 registration fee. We will reimburse you when you complete your skydive.
Are there restrictions on the type of people who can jump?
There are some restrictions around age, weight, disability and medical conditions. Find out more.
How do I book?
