Volunteers' Week 2023
Volunteers Week is taking place from 1-7 June. Without the commitment, enthusiasm and hard work of our volunteers, we wouldn't be able to deliver our services to the level we do. We would like to say a HUGE thank you to each and every one of them.
We want to celebrate and recognise the efforts of our volunteers and all they contribute to our organisation, so as part of Volunteer Week and because June is the month of community, we are taking part in the Eden Project campaign encouraging people to get together to have lunch.
We are inviting our volunteers to attend our Volunteer Big Lunch, an event designed to encourage our volunteers to connect, share ideas and to enjoy a free 2 course carvery.
The event is taking place on Tuesday 13 June at Shaw Lane Sports Club in Barnsley, between 11am-3pm.
