In-memory slips now available to order
Losing a loved one is an upsetting and difficult time for everyone involved. A way that some families now choose to process their grief is try to do something positive during this challenging time.
Therefore, many families now ask for donations at funerals or memorial services in-lieu of flowers. It can be comforting to know that your loved one is still helping a cause that they cared about or maybe a charity that helped them in their life.
Making Space kindly received nearly £10,000 from in-memory donations in the last 12 months. This money made a huge difference to the people we support. We were able to provide days out for young carers, coffee mornings for people living with dementia, arts and crafts sessions for people with mental health conditions and many other important projects for vulnerable people.
We know more families would like to donate in-memory of a loved one to Making Space or their local Making Space service but don’t always know how to. So, you can now order Making Space In-memory envelopes to make this process as easy as possible.

Please place your order 10-14 days before the date they are needed to ensure you receive them in time.
Each in-memory slip will be come with a FREEPOST return envelope and the slips also provide the option to make an online donation via a QR code.
