Homelife
We work closely with Homelife to develop bespoke supported accommodation and deliver tailored care and support, to adults with health and social care
needs.
Wellbeing Teams
We are piloting a new model of care in the Greater Manchester borough of Wigan in partnership with person-centred pioneer Helen Sanderson. In a bold move towards new ways of delivering services, we have taken Helen’s developing care initiative ‘Wellbeing Teams’ under our wing.
