If someone you care for is experiencing memory loss, forgetfulness or dementia, our Rotherham Dementia Carer Support Service is here for you.
When a relative, friend or someone you directly care for is experiencing symptoms of dementia, it is good to know that neither you, nor they, have to be alone to meet the challenges ahead.
We are here to help you live well with dementia.
We offer:
- Dementia cafes with live music from Lost Cord and lots of activities and guest speakers
- Emotional support
- Sign posting to other services
- 1-1 Support
- Family and friends support
