Our values ensure all our services are person-centred supporting people living with a range of mental health conditions, whether mild to moderate, complex, challenging or long-term.

Our goal is to provide support focused on improved independence that suits the individual needs and aspirations of each person referred to us. We also want to ensure we provide a ‘joined up’ approach with all community assets, organisation and services available for people in Warrington to support the recovery of a person’s mental health needs. We therefore want to develop networks to enable seamless working for those we support as part of the holistic mental health pathways with primary and secondary mental health services in Warrington.

We are currently engaging in consultations with current members of the service to finalise the service transition. Our vision is to create a community integrated mental health service that supports recovery by offering the right intervention, at the right time, maximising people’s ability to self-manage.
