Announcing our Making Space Colleague Awards 2024 winners
The awards ceremony was held at The Edwardian in Manchester, on 5 July.
Our colleague awards ceremony is a special day that recognises and pays tribute to individuals and teams who inspire others, go above and beyond expectations and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support, carers and colleagues.
In total we received over 220 nominations, so it was extremely hard for our judging panels, as there could unfortunately only be 3 nominees shortlisted for each award before there is 1 overall winner.

- Wellbeing Hero Award - Nichola Sutton
- Outstanding Contribution Award - Sana Shazad
- Inspiring Leader Award - Chloe Cadman
- Learner of the Year Award - Karen Toole
- Team of the Year - Palmyra
- Jordan Carrington Kind Hearted Award - Faith Oliver
