Executive Director of Operations falls with style for Making Space
Our Executive Director of Operations, Gaynor Chisnall, took on a 15,000ft skydive to raise money for Making Space.
Gaynor has been with us for over 30 years and wanted to take on a challenge to celebrate her time with Making Space and the charity’s 40th anniversary.
Gaynor's sponsored jump took place on Sunday 29th May at Black Knights' Parachute Centre in Cockerham, Lancashire.
Gaynor told us: “All the people we support and our staff have been through so much in the past two years but they have shown strength, togetherness and kindness throughout. As we are now in the charity's 40th year, I want to do something to raise vital funds as a thank you to them all.
"The skydive was the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life. It was as I expected, very scary but as soon as the chute opened and it went silent it was amazing, I loved it.”
Gaynor raised over £700 for Making Space.
