4x4x48 Hero Paul
Paul completed the 4x4x48 challenge over one weekend to raise vital funding for Making Space.
The gruelling task saw him run four miles every four hours for 48 hours, raising £450 in the process.
Paul first heard about the 4x4x48 challenge on social media via the creator, David Goggins.
Delivery driver Paul decided to commit to the challenge to raise awareness of mental health struggles and the devastating impact they can have, he lost his own older brother Stephen in 2015 after he took his own life, aged just 45.
Paul has also suffered from mental health struggles and he is hoping that the money he has raised can help others who are suffering.
