Katharine Wykes

Katharine is an accomplished senior manager with a masters degree in third sector management and experience of strategic planning, partnership development, programme management and leadership across the private and third sectors. She has an exceptional track record of project management and successful tendering/proposal writing, and has impressive knowledge of commissioning processes.

Previously a Governor for Lancashire Care NHS Trust, Katharine has experience working actively in the third sector across the North West, primarily concerned with mental health, learning disability and health and wellbeing.

Katharine also has experience of being a Trustee for a learning disability charity and has previously acted as an independent consultant, advising charities on matters of capacity, governance, organisation processes and a range of management issues.

Katharine believes that her experience would be beneficial to many elements of our strategic plan, such project Shine, our journey to become more digitally capable, and to the general requirements of being a Trustee.
