Vasco Carvalho

Vasco joined our Board of Trustees in March 2023 and is also a member of our finance and business development sub-committee of the board.
He has an experienced financial background and has worked in the field for 10 years, he is currently undertaking his final ACCA exams to to achieve chartered status.
Vasco started his finance career as a Finance Manager at Amnis Technology, before moving to Mitre Hotel, and the later coming at Operations Director at Tattu, a post he held for 6 years.
He is currently Executive Director Finance and Resources at Medaille Trust, a charity that provides refuge and support to victims of modern slavery.
In this position, Vasco helps to reshape the strategy of the charity for the next 5 years to help more victims of modern slavery and has created new processes for financial control and improved Trusts funds reporting and cost management controls.
He is delighted to have joined our Board of Trustees to help us continue to grow and develop our services and deliver on our strategic plan.
